1. Service Agreement

By using CK Fast Courier ("CKC", "we", "us", "our") services, you ("customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between CKC and the customer.
2. Service Description

CKC provides courier and delivery services within a 50-60km radius from Five Dock, NSW. Services include:
Express delivery (1-2 hours)
Same-day delivery
Scheduled pickups
Document courier services
Medical supplies delivery
Parcel delivery (up to 30kg)
Freight terminal delivery
Business contract services
3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking: All bookings must be made via phone, website, or approved business account. Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by CKC.
3.2 Payment: Payment is due at time of booking unless a business account with approved credit terms has been established. We accept:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe
PayID instant bank transfer
Afterpay (for deliveries $5 and above)
Cryptocurrency stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI on ERC20 network)
Cash on delivery (by arrangement)
Business account invoicing via Easy Business app (approved accounts only)
3.2.1 Cryptocurrency Payments: For crypto payments, contact us to receive wallet address and payment instructions. Payment must be confirmed on blockchain before delivery commences. We accept USDT, USDC, and DAI stablecoins on the Ethereum (ERC20) network only.
3.3 Pricing: Prices are quoted based on distance, urgency, item size/weight, and service type. All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery Guarantees

4.1 Express Service: 1-2 hour delivery within service area during business hours. Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are excluded.
4.2 Same-Day Service: Guaranteed same-day delivery for bookings made before 2:00 PM on business days.
4.3 Force Majeure: CKC is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.
5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Insurance Coverage: All deliveries are covered by our comprehensive insurance policy up to $5,000 per item unless additional coverage is purchased.
5.2 Liability Limits: CKC's liability is limited to the declared value of the item or $5,000, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased.
5.3 Exclusions: CKC is not liable for:
Damage to improperly packaged items
Loss or damage to prohibited items
Consequential or indirect losses
Items with undeclared or undervalued contents
Delays beyond our reasonable control
6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Packaging: Customers must ensure items are properly packaged and secured for transport. CKC is not responsible for damage to inadequately packaged items.
6.2 Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, and item descriptions.
6.3 Prohibited Items: Customers must not send prohibited items as outlined in our Prohibited Items Policy.
6.4 Declared Value: Customers must accurately declare the value of items for insurance purposes.
7. Failed Deliveries

7.1 Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them and may leave the item in a safe location if authorized.
7.2 Redelivery: Failed deliveries may incur redelivery fees. Items will be held for 5 business days before being returned to sender.
7.3 Return to Sender: Return delivery fees apply for items that cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts.
8. Cancellations and Refunds

9. Claims and Disputes

9.1 Claims: Claims for loss or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery or scheduled delivery date.
9.2 Investigation: CKC will investigate all claims and respond within 14 business days.
9.3 Resolution: Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and NSW state laws.
10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
11. Amendments

CKC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
